About Purpose Forge
Meaning, forged into lived reality.
Not a slogan. A practice, a model, and a movement — built to help people, leaders, and coaches live and work from meaning.
Our Purpose
Purpose Forge exists to forge meaning into lived reality — building the models, programs, and community through which people, leaders, and coaches awaken to the will to meaning and learn to live and work from it.
Our Vision
To be a sanctuary for whoever walks the path of meaning — a place where they are met as they are, awaken to the will to meaning, and are helped to live it and carry it to others.
Our Mission
How we do it
Purpose Forge awakens and grows the will to meaning through logo-HEART — our integrative model for a meaningful life. Its five movements — Heal, Encounter, Ascend, Relate, and Transcend — help a person come home to their truest self and live from there, for what truly matters, so that flourishing follows as the fruit and not the aim. We carry it through deep practice, teaching, products, and, at the heart of it all, community.
What we stand for
Our values — rooted in one root: meaning.
Meaning before all
Dignity, and a door open to all
Depth, not band-aids
Authenticity and safe space
Integration
Tragic optimism
Tawakkul — tie the camel
Multiplication, not dependency
What's unique about us
Why us, and not another coach or consultancy.
logo-HEART — a model, not a method-mix
One integration, from the inner life to the boardroom to society
Arabic-rooted, globally resonant
Relationships, not transactions
Community at the core, not the edge
We measure by who you become
Meet the Founder
Mohamed Amr
Mohamed Amr is the founder of Purpose Forge, a meaning-centered practice helping individuals, leaders, coaches, and organizations put meaning at the center of how they live and work, led by a purpose that runs deeper than profit and performance. Across two decades — from technology through management consulting and Agile, which he helped bring to Egypt, into leadership, organizational psychology, and psychotherapy — his path has been one long deepening toward a single question: what makes a human life, and the work we give it to, truly meaningful. For the past six years that work has centered on logotherapy and meaning, expressed through his own integrative model, logo-HEART.
